TARTA DE FERRERO ROCHER

Ingredientes:

Base.

-1 paquete y medio de galletas.
-150 gr de mantequilla.

Relleno.

-500 ml de leche.
-200 ml de nata
-150 gr de azúcar.
-15 bombones Ferrero Rocher.
-2 sobre de cuajada Royal.

cobertura.

 

200gr.de nata para montar

200gr. de chocolate para postres

100gr. azúcar (opcional)

30gr. Mantequilla

7 bombones Ferrero Rocher

Elaboración:

Triturar  las galletas y mezclarlas con la mantequilla derretida.
Forrar con la mezcla el fondo de una base desmoldable. Enfriar.
Calentar la nata, la leche y el azúcar. Cuando empiece a hervir incorporar los sobres de cuajada y remover bien hasta que vuelva a hervir. Retirar del fuego. 
Incorporar los bombones un poquito triturados. Agregar la mezcla en el molde desmoldable.
Meter en la nevera (dejarla hasta que esté bien cuajada)

Para la cobertura:

Calentamos la nata con el azúcar, cuando empieza a hervir la retiramos de fuego, agregamos el chocolate echo trocitos poquito a poco removiendo bien, por último  agregamos la mantequilla que debe estar a temperatura ambiente, mezclamos muy bien.  Desmoldamos la tarta ya fría con cuidado y le vertemos la cobertura por encima.

 La decoramos con los bombones
